Our rooms

Located on the fifth floor of the Palazzo anni 40 Via Maqueda 226 (totally renovated), the Bed and Breakfast Vivere Palermo has all the necessary requirements for the maximum 3-star classification prepared by the Ministry of Tourism. In fact it has three brand new double rooms with a minimum surface area of 14 square meters with double bed and exclusive private bathroom inside.
Each room has access to the outside balcony with a view equipped with a table, chairs and a bench. Access to the balcony has a space reserved for each room.
Breakfast in the room is free.
In addition, the apartment has a large common room for guests who can access for breakfast and relax on a comfortable sofa.

 

 

Kalsa Room

It is the Classic room of the B & B. The Levanto red marble stands out, distinguished by the Carlo X Style Double Bed in Maple.
There are also a couple of small armchairs Empire style in Birch. The furniture is completed by a veiled curtain and a blackout curtain

Tuttoporto Room

The central and wider room of the B & B. As the name suggests, the colors are those of the sea enhanced by a blue curtain and a blanket of blue quilted cotton. All this on a newly-made floor in a frame with floral motifs and marble flakes (early 1900s).
Its originality lies in the fact that the balcony from which you have access is the widest and serves as the corner between via Maqueda and the ancient Via del Celso (street where it stands out).

Conca d’oro room

The side room of the apartment. Balcony with View in the ancient and characteristic Via del Celso that crosses Via Maqueda, also offers the oblique view of the Cathedral. On the sides of the bed we find a couple Consolline wall with central drawer in Oak with Palisander inlay and mirror top.

Common services in the rooms

Each room is equipped with split air conditioner with remote control, radiator, mini bar and Vortex fan.
24-inch LCD TV with the view of some channels in high definition. Free Wi-fi accessible in every part of the apartment.
Free laundry service with change of sheets and blankets every three days and replacement of towels for bath and shower every day.
Scivania and chairs with two and three-door wardrobes for the exclusive use of guests.
In all bathrooms there are cleaning kits and hair dryer.
In each room there is a desk table also suitable for breakfast in the room.
There are also suitcases and suitcases each room is accompanied by a large mirror.
If requested, you can always have breakfast in one of the partner bars 50 meters from the door of the building where the B & B is located.
Private parking for cars, motorcycles and bicycles (guarded and indoors) for a fee (also available by reservation).
